I, the undersigned, do hereby make application to the City of Marble Falls for a Handbill Permit. I understand that this permit authorizes the distribution of handbills, circulars, posters or flyers. The permit does not authorize the use of the property where distribution of handbills, circulars, posters or flyers are being distributed.
