The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is a planning and budgeting tool that provides information about the City’s infrastructure needs for a 10-year period. The list of projects is reviewed for need, cost, and priority. New projects are added or removed depending on the priority. The City of Marble Falls updates its Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) yearly. The responsibility for updating the plan and presenting it to the City Council rests with the CIP Committee.
