[ARCHIVED] Fourth of July Celebration Returns to Lakeside Park

The City of Marble Falls will host its annual Independence Day Celebration along with community fireworks over Lake Marble Falls on Monday, July 4th.

Fireworks will begin at approximately 9:15 pm. The fireworks will be launched from a barge located in the middle of Lake Marble Falls. Boats are permitted on the lake during the show; however, all boats need to be on the water in their selected location by 8:00 p.m. Public viewing of the free fireworks display can best be seen from Lakeside Park Beach. Spectators are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Please no glass containers or alcohol.

The Lakeside Park Swimming Pool will be open from Noon to 5:00 pm. Admission is free. The pool will close at 5:00 pm.

Food vendors will be available beginning at 5:00 pm followed by entertainment at 6:00 pm with a live DJ proving the music.

Parking will be available at Lakeside and Johnson Parks and along Lakeshore Drive, with overflow parking at the field across from the Johnson Park Ball Field. See attached map.
