[ARCHIVED] City of Marble Falls Launches Projects Portal to Enhance Transparency and Community Engagement

The City of Marble Falls has launched the Marble Falls Projects Portal, a new interactive online tool designed to keep residents, business owners, and developers informed about active construction and development projects across the community.

The portal provides a centralized, easy-to-navigate dashboard featuring both public infrastructure projects and private developments within city limits.  Users can explore roadway improvements, park enhancements  and new commercial and residential projects – each with detailed information, maps, and project timelines.

“The Projects Portal reflects our ongoing commitment to transparency and community engagement,” said John Packer, Mayor of Marble Falls. “This tool gives residents direct access to accurate, up-to-date information about the work happening around them and helps everyone see how these projects fit into our city’s long-term vision.”

Developed as part of the City’s broader communications and transparency initiatives, the portal is updated regularly to include new and ongoing projects. Each listing highlights key details, such as project scope, status, location, and anticipated completion dates.

“Our community is growing, and it’s important that residents can easily see how their city is investing in that growth,” said Caleb Kreanzel, City Manager. “The Projects Portal offers a clear view of what’s being built; from infrastructure upgrades that improve daily life to private developments that enhance our economy.”

The Marble Falls Projects Portal is available on the City’s website via the top   banner link labeled "Projects Portal", or directly at: https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/b2ca0b0b191b403baf0db917ccc2617b/page/Main-Page#data_s=id%3AdataSource_1-1997783be90-layer-4%3A9

Residents are encouraged to explore the site frequently for updates on current projects, upcoming improvements, and new developments.
