Today, Representative John Carter announced that he secured $5,000,000 for a wastewater plant for Marble Falls in the Interior Division of the Consolidated Appropriations Act that was recently was signed into law.
"Marble Falls is growing 87% faster than other cities of the same size, and that growth requires investments in infrastructure to ensure quality of life for residents," said Representative Carter. "The $5 million will go towards a new wastewater plant to meet the projected increase in water supply for the city. As a chairman on Appropriations, I'm committed to bringing responsible funding back to our congressional district like this. I want to thank Mayor Rhodes and his team for their partnership and advocacy for their community."

"Through diligent governance Congressman Carter has secured a $5 million dollar Community Grant from the EPA Clean Water Appropriations fund.
