The City of Marble Falls is eager to announce Avenue Q's long-awaited full-depth road reconstruction between RM 1431 and Broadway Street. The project will begin on June 19, 2023, with an anticipated construction time of approximately six months.
The project involves the removal of existing surface material, removing and replacing water and wastewater infrastructure, new pavement, and adding necessary storm drainage and sidewalks.
Thru traffic will not be allowed during much of the reconstruction of Avenue Q. Accommodations will be made for owners, postal service, and emergency services. Access to local businesses will remain open at all times with diverted access.
