City of Marble Falls to Host Youth Volleyball Program

The City of Marble Falls Parks and Recreation Department announces they will host a recreational youth volleyball program beginning Spring of 2023. An eight-game season is available for children seven to twelve years of age who live in or outside the city limits of Marble Falls.

  • Now to March 17 – Registration Opens
  • March 21 – Coaches look for players and coaches
  • March 24 – Team formations announced via email 
  • March 27 – Practices begin weeknights at MFISD school campuses 
  • April 1 – May 20 – Games played Saturdays at MFISD school campuses 

Registration is $75 per child and includes the uniform, team photo, and award. “We are thrilled to be able to offer this program to the community.   The program would not be possible without the support of the Marble Falls ISD providing access to the school gyms”, said Lacey Dingman, Director of Parks and Recreation. “We look forward to the growth and success of this program for years to come.”

The Parks and Recreation Department is looking for coaches to assist with developing the athletes and leagues.   In addition, youth volleyball officials will be hired to officiate games beginning February 2023.
