City of Marble Falls Introduces Watersmart Customer Utility Portal

The City of Marble Falls introduces the WaterSmart Customer Portal to better serve utility customers.  The online water management tool allows for enhanced data management and improved customer engagement opportunities that will have a direct result on water consumption.   

WaterSmart provides the customer access to their personal water use data encouraging more conscientious use as well as providing customers with personalized tips for conservation, setting water-saving goals, discover available rebate programs and, most importantly, receive immediate notification in the event of a leak. If a customer’s water use is higher than normal, they will receive a leak alert notification by email, text or voice message.   

Customers can access the portal by going to https://marblefallstx.watersmart.com and log in using their account number and zip code.  Once registered, utility customers can set up their profile for more accurate water-use recommendations and select communication preferences such as leak alert, daily use and bill forecast notifications.

The City of Marble Falls is committed to providing the highest level of customer service by equipping customers with the technology and tools they need to manage their utility bill.

“This is the second phase of the advanced metering infrastructure project completed earlier this year.  We are excited to make this service available to our customers to help them better manage their water use and utility bill. Water loss due to leaks on the customer side cost thousands of dollars a year and we want to prevent that from happening.” Mike Hodge, City Manager
