Halloween in the Park - Vendor

We are accepting Halloween in the Park Vendor Applications Now! 

Join us for our 4th annual Halloween in the Park event in beautiful Johnson Park on Tuesday, October 31st from 5:00pm to 8:00pm! The Halloween in the Park event is geared to provide safe and fun trick-or-treating environment for the community. Our AMAZING community businesses and organization are what makes this event happen! What do you need to know to be a vendor at this event? 

  • Vendors will decorate. have a theme at their station. Best decorated will be named winner and will receive a shout-out on our Parks and Recreation Facebook page. 
  • Each vendor will be allotted a 10ft x 10ft spot.
  • Vendors will conduct an activity/ game at their station. If you need assistance coming up with an idea, please reach out to Daulton Mobley, dmobley@marblefallstx.gov
  • Vendors will supply their own equipment (chairs, tables, tents, etc.)
  • Vendors have the option to utilize the trunk/ bed of their vehicles, as long as it's decorated and has a theme. Only one vehicle per station, unless otherwise discussed and approved with PARD Staff.
  • Vendor set-up will be from 2:00pm-4:00pm. Unused vehicles must exit park no later than 4:00pm.
  • Vendors will stay through the conclusion of the event. 
  • Vendors will supply enough candy/treats for 3,000 participants. If not being able to provide candy is prohibiting your organization from participating, please reach out to Daulton Mobley, dmobley@marblefallstx.gov.

  1. Contact Information for Vendor
  2. Email will be the main form of communication for the event. 

  3. Please ensure this number is able to be contacted day-of event. 

  4. Booth Information
  5. This is required for all vendors. This can be as simple as ring toss. If need assistance coming up with activity/game, please let us know. 

  6. You will be allotted a 10 ft x 10 ft space. Please submit your set-up.

  7. Information for 2023 Halloween in the Park:
