Communications Division

The Communications Center is responsible for all public safety communications functions for the City of Marble Falls, the City of Granite Shoals, the City of Horseshoe Bay and the City of Cottonwood Shores. The Communications Center strives to deliver the most professional, efficient, and courteous services to every citizen, visitor and public safety personnel.

Duties include answering 911 and non-emergency phone calls, documenting Calls for Service (CFS) into our Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD), process information through several law enforcement and emergency notification computers, hand le various administrative assignments, disseminate criminal and non-criminal information to Police, Fire, emergency medical services, and on-call Utility personnel via the Western Region Radio System.
