Parks
The Parks and Recreation Department maintains approximately 150 acres of park land , trails, greenbelts, and facilities in Marble Falls. Johnson, Falls Creek and Lakeside Parks are adjacent to one another and are very popular for family outings. These parks are also used for some of Marble Falls' largest special events like Howdy Roo, Mayfest, July 4th Celebration, Lakefest, and the Walkway of Lights.
The Parks and Recreation Department also partners with local leagues and organizations to provide recreational and educational additional opportunities for all ages.

Falls Creek Park and Skatepark
Falls Creek Park has several picnic tables, barbeque pits, a canoe-launch area and restroom facilities. It is also the location of the Falls Creek Park Skatepark.

Johnson Park
Johnson Park is located in the pecan shaded area where Backbone Creek and Whitman Branch flow into Lake Marble Falls. The park is enjoyed throughout the year by both residents and visitors.

Lakeside Park
Lakeside Park is located on beautiful Lake Marble Falls where the calm waters of the lake provide a perfect course for one of the largest drag boat races in the country. Lakefest Drag Boat Races are held annually during the month of May. Lakeside Park features the following amenities:swimming pool, the Lakeside Pavilion, covered picnic tables, grills, a tennis court, a basketball court, boat ramp, and restroom facilities.

Westside Park
Westside Park is located at the intersection of 2nd Street and Avenue Q. The park is 13 acres of fun and relaxation located along Backbone Creek.

Sports Parks
The ball fields throughout the city are utilized by amateur soccer, softball, and baseball players.
